In Fergana District, systematic measures have been organized based on the experience of Yangiyul District to implement Presidential Decree No. PF-70, dated April 29, 2026.
In particular, law enforcement agencies, local government authorities, and utility providers have jointly identified measures to reduce outstanding electricity and natural gas debts in mahallas with high levels of arrears, improve energy efficiency, and reduce losses across utility networks.
Relevant instructions have also been given to utility company managers and members of the regional headquarters to ensure these efforts are implemented effectively, drawing on the experience of Yangiyul District.
