To protect citizens’ lawful rights and interests, review their appeals on-site, and ensure open communication with the heads of internal affairs bodies, Murodjon Qunduzov, Head of the Fergana District Department of Internal Affairs, regularly holds outreach receptions.

The latest outreach reception took place at the “Yangi Yo‘l” Citizens’ Assembly of the Mahalla, where a total of seven appeals were received from residents.

Two appeals were resolved positively on the spot, while legal explanations were provided regarding another two. Relevant tasks were assigned to responsible officials to comprehensively review and resolve the remaining three appeals, and their implementation was placed under supervision.

Efforts to maintain open dialogue with citizens, review appeals in a timely manner, and find lawful solutions continue.
