Adminstration of the Fergana Region

An extended meeting was held at Secondary School No. 55 in Fergana District to ensure the implementation of Presidential Decree No. PF-207 dated November 3, 2025, and to raise public awareness of its content and significance.

Participants included Abduxoshim Xalimov, the district governor’s assistant for border affairs; Maftuna Obidova, adviser on spirituality and the state language; Muyassar Mahmudova, head of the district branch of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment; A. Komiljonov, imam-khatib of the “Mulla Mirzajon” mosque; narcologist U. Mirzayev; senior citizens, mahalla activists, otinoyis, school deputy principals responsible for spiritual and educational affairs, and youth leaders.

The meeting addressed the harmful effects of drug abuse on human health and society, preventive measures, improving young people’s legal awareness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. The importance of strengthening cooperation among families, mahallas, and educational institutions in these efforts was emphasized.
