Adminstration of the Fergana Region

Deputy of the Kengash of People’s Deputies of Fergana District F. Abdusalomov and Head of the Kengash Secretariat Sh. Rakhimov conducted a study of issues directly affecting residents and important for the development of Konchilar Mahalla.

First, the implementation of tasks defined by Presidential Decree No. PF–193 dated September 11, 2026, particularly the fulfillment of assignments entrusted to members of the mahalla seven, was reviewed.

The study analyzed efforts to reduce poverty in the mahalla, identify and support families in need, and establish sustainable sources of income for residents. The participants also discussed the prompt elimination of emerging problems and, where necessary, involving responsible leaders at the district and regional levels in resolving existing issues.

An agreement was reached to strengthen cooperation between the mahalla seven and the deputy in order to further reduce poverty, support families in need, and establish stable sources of income for them by the end of the year.

At the same time, one of the issues planned for inclusion in the agenda of the next district Kengash session was also studied — the compliance of proposals to name or rename geographical objects in Fergana District with the requirements of legislation.

In particular, proposals to assign the names “Kattabog‘” and “Ufq” to existing unnamed streets in Konchilar Mahalla were considered. The study examined the compliance of these proposals with current legislation, existing geographical names in the area, and other relevant aspects.

Based on the results of the study, relevant conclusions and proposals were prepared regarding the identified issues. It was decided to submit them for consideration at the next session of the district Kengash.
