Working Meeting Held on the Implementation of Presidential Decree No. PF–193

In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks defined by Presidential Decree No. PF–193 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 11, 2026, relevant studies and analytical work are being carried out in Fergana District.
Shuxratjon Rakhimov, Head of the Secretariat of the Kengash of People’s Deputies of Fergana District, is studying the practical implementation of the tasks established by the Decree in the respective areas, existing problems, and opportunities for addressing them.
To systematically resolve the issues identified during the studies, a working meeting was held with the director of the district “Inson” Social Services Center.
The meeting focused particularly on reducing poverty, identifying families in need, and providing them with targeted social assistance. The participants also exchanged views on further improving the quality of social services provided to the population, identifying existing problems in a timely manner, and providing practical assistance based on citizens’ needs.
The meeting also addressed strengthening individual and targeted work with citizens in need of social support, resolving identified problems in cooperation with responsible organizations, and maintaining continuous control over the implementation of the assigned tasks.
At the conclusion, specific measures were identified to address existing problems, support people in need, and effectively implement the tasks established by the Decree.
