A $1.5 Million Textile Project Is Planned in Fergana District

Fergana District Governor Nodirjon Mashrapov held a meeting with Umidjon Khodjayev, investor and head of the Turkish company Tolo Tekstil.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the production of textile goods in Fergana District, particularly women’s scarves, as well as the export of finished products to the Dubai market.
The initial phase of the project is expected to attract US$1.5 million in investment and create approximately 150 new jobs.
The meeting also included an exchange of views on future cooperation, including creating the necessary conditions for project implementation, establishing the production process, and expanding export destinations.
