Assalamu alaikum, respected teachers and mentors!
Dear education professionals!
It is a great pleasure for me to meet with you today on the eve of Teachers and Mentors’ Day, a nationwide holiday celebrated on 1 October.
Taking this opportunity, I sincerely congratulate you, as well as all dedicated educators working in our district, on this noble and meaningful occasion.
Dear teachers!
The success of the large-scale reforms being carried out in our country on the initiative of the President, as well as Uzbekistan’s achievement of a достойное place among the world’s developed and modern states, is closely connected, first and foremost, with the advancement of science, education and upbringing.
Today, the reforms being implemented in the education system, the conditions being created, and the attention given to recognising and valuing the work of teachers are producing tangible results.
A clear reflection of this is the significant progress being achieved in the education system of our district. It is particularly noteworthy that Fergana District scored 80 points in the KPI-based assessment of the effectiveness of the education system, taking 1st place at the regional level. This achievement is a source of great pride and joy for all of us.
Behind this result, above all, stands the tremendous contribution of educators who are devoted to their profession, conduct every lesson with responsibility and a spirit of continuous learning, and work wholeheartedly for the future of our children.
It was especially encouraging that, in the “Teacher of the Year” competition held for the first time in Uzbekistan, the high professional skills, knowledge and experience of teachers from Fergana Region once again received well-deserved recognition.
We are particularly proud that Nilufar Kholmatova, a native language and literature teacher at Secondary School No. 58 in our district, participated successfully in this prestigious competition and was awarded a cash prize of 50,000 US dollars. This is not only a personal achievement for Nilufar Kholmatova, but also a source of great pride and recognition for the education system of our district, our teachers and our students.
Such achievements once again demonstrate an important truth: behind every success in education stand the hard work, dedication, continuous learning and high sense of responsibility of a devoted teacher.
Dear teachers!
Your responsibility is far more than an ordinary professional duty. You do not simply teach the younger generation the secrets of knowledge and science; you also help shape their worldview and moral values, nurture their love for the Motherland and respect for national traditions and values, and guide them towards finding their rightful place in life.
Taking this opportunity, I express my sincere gratitude to all educators who are working tirelessly to improve the quality of education in our district and to raise a knowledgeable, well-rounded and responsible younger generation.
I wish you strong health, long life, peace and tranquillity in your homes, and prosperity for your families. May your challenging yet noble profession always be accompanied by strength, inspiration and success. May you always have the happiness of witnessing the achievements, hard work and personal growth of your students.
Happy Teachers and Mentors’ Day, dear teachers!
May your noble work always be held in high honour and respect!
