Enforcement measures were carried out by the Fergana District Department of the Bureau on the basis of the existing enforcement document. As a result of the explanations provided by the state enforcement officer, the debtor paid USD 15,000 in child support in advance for the financial support of his two minor children.
In other words, instead of fulfilling his child support obligations on a monthly basis, the debtor chose to secure his children’s future starting today. As a result of the payment, the enforcement document was returned without execution in accordance with the procedure established by law.
