Adminstration of the Fergana Region

Nodirjon Mashrapov, Hokim of Fergana District, held a meeting with Mehmet Ali, a representative of the Turkish company “GLOBAL FRUITS EKSPORT”.

The meeting focused on launching the cultivation of blackberries, raspberries and blackcurrants in Fergana District, developing intensive horticulture, and exporting the grown products to Russia, Türkiye and other foreign countries.

The parties also exchanged views on a project to establish a modern refrigerated storage facility for preserving fruits.

Relevant instructions were given to responsible officials regarding the implementation of the projects, creation of the necessary conditions for the investor, and support for the proposed initiatives.
