Adminstration of the Fergana Region

Shukhratjon Rakhimov, Head of the Secretariat of the Kengash of People’s Deputies of Fergana District, and district Kengash deputy Ozodakhon Dadajonova conducted a review of the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the Prevention of Neglect and Offences Among Minors” in the “Khoja Ahmad Vale” citizens’ assembly.

The review covered the maintenance of public order in the mahalla, prevention of offences and crime, organization of preventive measures, handling citizens’ appeals, and cooperation between internal affairs bodies, the mahalla “seven” and partner organizations.

Information was also heard from responsible officials regarding the activities of the prevention inspector, measures being taken to prevent offences, and efforts aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions contributing to crime.

Following the review, responsible officials were given relevant instructions and recommendations to address identified shortcomings, improve the effectiveness of offence prevention, strengthen targeted work with the population, and ensure full compliance with legal requirements.

Work in this area has been placed under deputy oversight, with continuous monitoring of measures being implemented to ensure compliance with the law.
