Deputy of the Council of People’s Deputies of Fergana District Ozodakhon Dadajonova and Chief Specialist of the Council Secretariat Abdukhamid Eminjonov studied the activities of the hokim’s assistant in Navruz mahalla as part of parliamentary oversight.

The study analyzed the hokim’s assistant’s work to ensure employment, support entrepreneurial initiatives, and provide practical assistance to citizens.

In particular, the activities of entrepreneur Alimova Zarnigor, who used preferential credit funds to launch a sewing business, were examined in detail.

With the assistance of the hokim’s assistant, the entrepreneur launched the production and sewing of national clothing using the allocated preferential loan. Production under the project is currently continuing steadily.

Importantly, as a result of this project, 5 residents of the mahalla have been provided with permanent employment. This demonstrates the practical impact of effectively using preferential credit funds, creating new jobs, and increasing household incomes.

Following the study, relevant recommendations were provided to further strengthen efforts to support entrepreneurial initiatives, launch new projects, and ensure the sustainability of the jobs created.
