Adminstration of the Fergana Region

A spiritual and educational meeting was held at the Fergana District Department of Internal Affairs under the “Three Generations” principle to ensure continuity between generations, pass on valuable professional experience to younger employees, and strengthen their sense of patriotism.

The meeting was attended by veterans who had worked effectively in the internal affairs system for many years, serving officers, and representatives of the younger generation.

During the meeting, participants exchanged views on many years of service experience in internal affairs bodies, professional dedication, service discipline, responsibility, and devotion to duty. The veterans shared their extensive experience and life lessons and provided young employees with important recommendations and advice useful in their professional activities.

The importance of young employees learning from the experience of their mentors, improving their professional skills, and approaching their service duties with greater responsibility was also emphasized.

The event highlighted that ensuring continuity between generations, further strengthening the mentor-apprentice tradition, passing on years of service experience to young employees, and fostering their devotion to the Motherland and a strong sense of responsibility are among the important priorities.
