Reconciliation Meeting Held with Families Experiencing Domestic Conflict

A regular public reception was held at the Fergana District People's Reception Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the participation of Deputy District Governor and Head of the Family and Women's Department Xamidaxon Abdug‘aniyeva, Head of the District Justice Department Sarvarbek Mahkamov, District Internal Affairs Officer Surayyo Musayeva, and members of the District Reconciliation Commission.
Representatives of families experiencing domestic conflict from the “Beruniy,” “Sanoat,” “Mindonobod,” “Bo‘ston,” “Marg‘ilon,” and “Guzar” neighborhoods took part in the reception.
During the meeting, existing family issues were thoroughly discussed. Special attention was given to reconciling the parties, preserving families, and protecting the interests of children. Families were given time to better understand one another and work toward reconciliation.
Participants also received legal and moral guidance emphasizing that the family is a sacred institution and highlighting the importance of preserving family values, strengthening mutual respect, and promoting shared responsibility.
