Deputy Reports to Constituents on First-Half Performance

Ilhomjon Abduraxmonov, a deputy of the Fergana District Council representing the 25th “Qo‘rg‘ontepa” electoral constituency, presented a report to constituents on his activities during the first half of 2026.
The report highlighted efforts carried out in the Qo‘rg‘ontepa, Xonqiz, and O‘zbekiston mahallas to improve public welfare, upgrade engineering and utility infrastructure, support entrepreneurship, and create new employment opportunities.
It was also noted that the 2026 investment program includes projects in greenhouse farming, knitwear production, horticulture, dentistry, auto repair services, and public catering.
The report further covered the repair of internal roads, the implementation of Participatory Budget projects, support for socially vulnerable citizens, and planned improvements to electricity, drinking water, and other infrastructure facilities in Qo‘rg‘ontepa Mahalla under Presidential Resolution PQ–49.
An open dialogue with residents was also held, during which citizens raised issues related to drinking water, electricity supply, internal roads, beautification, and employment.
It was announced that parliamentary inquiries would be submitted to the relevant organizations regarding issues requiring further study, and their implementation would remain under the deputy’s supervision.
