Adminstration of the Fergana Region

To implement the Presidential Resolution No. PQ-5 on establishing a tourism and recreational zone in Fergana District, construction of the “Tourism Village” in Avval Mahalla is progressing steadily.

The latest site review and discussions were attended by Khurshidjon Axmedov, Deputy Governor of Fergana Region, Fergana District Governor Nodirjon Mashrapov, regional architecture and construction specialists, members of the working group, representatives of the Tourism Directorate, local entrepreneurs, and community representatives.

During the visit, participants discussed ongoing construction activities, the development of tourism infrastructure, the creation of modern and comfortable facilities for visitors, and the establishment of sites reflecting national traditions and cultural values. Recommendations and instructions were also provided to further improve the area's architectural appearance, accelerate investment projects, and support entrepreneurial initiatives.

The project is expected to enhance the district’s tourism potential, create new jobs, develop modern infrastructure, and improve the well-being of local residents. Construction of the “Tourism Village” continues consistently in accordance with the approved plan.
