Measures to Ensure Stable Power Supply Have Been Strengthened in Fergana District

Due to the increased load on power grids caused by the ongoing extreme heat, Fergana District Governor Nodirjon Mashrapov held a meeting with employees of the district power supply enterprise.
During the meeting, responsible officials were instructed to ensure stable electricity supply, strengthen existing power networks, promote the efficient use of electricity, and provide uninterrupted services to consumers. The ongoing work was also inspected on-site.
In particular, technical inspections and preventive maintenance were carried out at Transformer Station No. 805 in the “Sanoat” neighborhood and Transformer Station No. 948 in the “Guliston” neighborhood.
As a result of eliminating identified technical deficiencies, electricity losses were reduced from 20.3 percent to 17.7 percent.
Preventive maintenance and modernization of power networks and transformer stations are currently continuing systematically throughout Fergana District.
