Adminstration of the Fergana Region

Komila Kavlonova, Deputy Governor of Fergana Region, held a mobile public reception for citizens at the People's Reception Office in Fergana District.

During the reception, 15 citizens presented social and other issues. Nine appeals that did not require additional review were resolved positively on the spot.

For the appeals requiring further examination, responsible officials were given specific instructions to review them within the established deadlines, resolve them in accordance with the law, and ensure strict supervision over their implementation by the responsible staff of the district administration.
