Implementation of the State Youth Policy Reviewed in Gulpiyon Mahalla

Mustafo Yo‘ldashev, Deputy of the Fergana District Council of People's Deputies for the 10th Guliston Electoral District, and Shuhratjon Rahimov, Head of the District Council Secretariat, conducted a monitoring visit to Gulpiyon Mahalla to assess the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ORQ–406 “On State Youth Policy.”
During the monitoring visit, the implementation of the state youth policy in the mahalla was thoroughly reviewed. Particular attention was paid to the effectiveness of the youth engagement system, identifying and resolving youth-related issues, expanding access to education, vocational guidance, and employment opportunities.
The participants also reviewed the activities of clubs established under the “Five Important Initiatives” program, as well as efforts to increase young people's interest in sports, culture, arts, reading, and information technologies. Alongside the achievements, existing challenges and shortcomings were also discussed.
The event included discussions with community activists and responsible officials on enhancing youth social engagement, encouraging entrepreneurship, organizing meaningful leisure activities, and protecting the legal rights and interests of young people.
At the conclusion of the review, recommendations were provided to the responsible officials, and key tasks were outlined to further improve the effectiveness of youth work and ensure the high-quality implementation of state programs and projects.
