The implementation of citizens’ appeals was critically reviewed

A critical and analytical meeting on the state of work with citizens’ appeals was held under the chairmanship of Fergana District Governor Nodirjon Mashrapov. The meeting was attended by deputy governors, heads of enterprises, organizations and institutions, as well as responsible officials.
During the meeting, participants discussed the timely and high-quality consideration of citizens’ appeals, strengthening executive discipline, and eliminating existing shortcomings.
Following the discussions, responsible officials were given specific instructions to resolve citizens’ appeals within the timeframes established by law, improve the efficiency of handling appeals, and strengthen implementation oversight.
