Adminstration of the Fergana Region

A meeting dedicated to the development of entrepreneurship, employment promotion, and poverty reduction was held under the leadership of Fergana District Governor Nodirjon Mashrapov with the participation of representatives of the mahalla citizens’ assembly.

During the meeting, assistants to the district governor presented projects and practical proposals based on the economic potential and growth drivers of each mahalla. The presentations focused on developing entrepreneurship, creating new jobs, increasing employment, and raising household incomes.

Participants also discussed the effective use of local opportunities, support for family entrepreneurship, expansion of investment projects, and acceleration of poverty reduction programs.

At the conclusion of the meeting, responsible officials were assigned specific tasks and given relevant instructions to implement the proposed projects, fully utilize the economic drivers of the mahallas, increase employment, and improve residents’ incomes.
