A practical training session on vocational guidance for soldiers was organized at Fergana District Technical College No. 3 with the participation of servicemen from Post No. 8 of Military Unit 9229.
During the training, participants were provided with detailed information about the vocational programs available at the college, opportunities to acquire modern professions, and specialties that are in high demand in the labor market.
In addition, explanations were given regarding the systematic efforts being carried out to support young people in acquiring professions after completing military service, ensuring their employment, and facilitating their successful integration into the labor market.
