Training Lecture Held on Anti-Corruption and Compliance Control System

Umidaxon Qurbonova, Chief Legal Adviser of the Fergana District Administration, conducted a training lecture for heads of district organizations and employees of the district administration on combating corruption, preventing conflicts of interest, and effectively implementing the compliance control system.
During the event, detailed explanations were provided on preventing corruption-related offenses, ensuring strict adherence to ethical standards by civil servants, timely identifying and eliminating conflicts of interest, as well as the legal foundations and practical mechanisms for effectively implementing the compliance control system.
Participants were also provided with recommendations and guidance on adhering to the principles of openness, transparency, and integrity in public service, fostering an uncompromising attitude toward corruption, and strictly complying with the requirements of current legislation.
At the conclusion of the event, it was particularly emphasized that strengthening preventive measures against corruption, improving the effectiveness of the compliance control system, and ensuring legality and transparency in the activities of state bodies remain priority tasks.
