A working group meeting was held on the establishment of the “Chimyon” tourist-recreational zone

To ensure the implementation of Resolution No. PQ-5 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 12, 2026, an organizational meeting of the working group headquarters on establishing the “Chimyon” tourist-recreational zone was held at the building of the “Chimyon” neighborhood citizens’ assembly in Fergana district.
The meeting was chaired by First Deputy Governor of Fergana district Shavkatjon Jo‘rayev, Head of the District Internal Affairs Department Murodjon Qunduzov, and Chairman of the District Council of People’s Deputies Bahodir Ahmadjonov.
During the event, working group members received detailed explanations regarding the tasks, priority directions, and assigned responsibilities related to the establishment of the tourist-recreational zone.
Special attention was also paid to the development of tourism infrastructure in the area, the systematic organization of activities, and strengthening cooperation with relevant organizations.
