Press tour dedicated to the development of tourism potential held in Fergana district

A press tour was organized by the Information Service of the Fergana district administration in cooperation with the Directorate of the “Farg‘ona” tourist and recreational zone and “Turonbank” JSCB at a 33.2-hectare land plot located in the “Sanoat” mahalla.
The land plot has been leased by the investment company of “Turonbank” — “Turon Farg‘ona bog‘lari” LLC, where a modern raspberry plantation is being established based on the principle of “One contour — one product.” The press tour was organized to familiarize media representatives with ongoing investment and infrastructure projects in the region using this project as an example.
During the event, participants were provided with detailed information on the systematic efforts to develop the tourism potential of Fergana district, including the development of master plans for Shohimardon, Yordon villages, and Vodil, Avval, and Chimyon townships. Particular attention was given to the natural and climatic conditions, existing infrastructure, and measures aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of these areas.
In addition, special emphasis was placed on the integration of agriculture and tourism sectors, development of agro- and eco-tourism направления, and diversification of the regional economy.
