Mobile public reception organized for residents in Fergana district

A mobile public reception for residents of Fergana district was held with the participation of Saidfarrukh Islomov, head of the regional department of the National Agency for Social Protection.
The reception took place at the People’s Reception Office in the district center, where citizens’ appeals related to social protection were carefully heard and reviewed. On that day, 33 citizens applied on issues such as disability determination, assignment of social services under the “Step to Active Life” program, child benefits or financial assistance, home repairs, and allocation of funds from the “Sakhovat and Support” fund for purchasing medicines. Of these, 7 cases were taken under control, and 13 citizens received legal explanations.
A total of 13 appeals were resolved on the spot. Together with Fergana District Hokim Khamidullo Inomov and relevant officials, necessary measures were identified to address existing issues.
Such mobile receptions play an important role in ensuring open dialogue with the population, promptly resolving their concerns, and improving the effectiveness of the social protection system.
