A “Leader and Youth Meeting” was held in Yordon neighborhood

On the occasion of Youth Day, a “Leader and Youth Meeting” was organized at Secondary School No. 2 in the Yordon neighborhood, an enclave area of Fergana district.
At the beginning of the event, participants honored the memory of Lochin Polvon Usmonov, a native of the area and a renowned wrestler across Central Asia, by visiting his grave.
Afterward, a roundtable discussion with youth was held at the school with the participation of Tursunboy Madaliyev, chairman of the district branch of the “Nuroniy” Foundation.
During the discussion, elders, representatives of various sectors, and young people shared their views on the conditions being created in the country, including in remote areas, as well as ongoing reforms and positive changes.
As part of the event, Colonel O. Rahmatov, commander of military unit No. 9115 of the Border Troops of the State Security Service of Uzbekistan, ceremonially presented a letter of appreciation and commemorative gifts to the mother of a serviceman serving in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The “Leader and Youth Meeting” held in Yordon village took place in an uplifting spirit and became an important platform encouraging youth to be devoted to their homeland and actively contribute to its development.
