Issues of working with youth were critically discussed in Fergana district

During the meeting, the work carried out by heads of enterprises and organizations in connection with “Youth Day” was also thoroughly reviewed.
In particular, meetings held with youth assigned to leaders, targeted programs developed, measures taken to resolve youth issues, and initiatives aimed at ensuring employment of unemployed youth in neighborhoods were critically analyzed.
At the meeting, some leaders who showed shortcomings in working with youth were warned. They were given a one-week deadline to complete assigned tasks on time and with quality, address youth issues individually, and ensure their employment.
Additionally, issues related to taking appropriate measures based on the results of task implementation, as well as rewarding effective leaders, were discussed.
