Adminstration of the Fergana Region

An analytical and critical meeting was held under the leadership of the Hokim of Fergana district, Khamidullo Inomov, and the district prosecutor, Oybek Toshpulatov, with the participation of deputy hokims and heads of enterprises, organizations, and institutions of the district.

During the meeting, the handling of citizens’ appeals and their execution were thoroughly analyzed across organizations. In particular, shortcomings such as delays in reviewing appeals, unjustified prolongation, or limiting responses to formal explanations were critically discussed.

At the same time, issues of taking strict measures against officials who showed negligence in handling appeals, as well as encouraging those who resolved appeals promptly and effectively, were considered.

Based on the proposals put forward, solutions to existing problems were developed, and relevant instructions were given to further improve the system of working with citizens’ appeals.
