Entrepreneurs’ rights and freedoms are protected by law

Oybek Toshpulatov, the Prosecutor of Fergana district, has taken under control all projects being implemented in accordance with Resolution No. PQ-4363 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 21, 2019, and Resolution No. 134 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 9, 2019.
In particular, Akbarjon Axrorov, Deputy Khokim of Fergana district, together with responsible officers of the district prosecutor’s office, met with entrepreneurs operating in small industrial zones. During the meeting, the timely launch of projects and the reasons for delays were critically discussed with the participation of responsible officials.
During the study, special attention was also paid to production capacity, raw material supply, product quality, compliance with sanitary and technical safety requirements, and the connection to communication networks.
In addition, the prospects for creating new jobs after the launch of the projects and supplying the domestic market with local products were discussed. Relevant recommendations were given to responsible officials to ensure that projects are completed on time and with proper quality.
