Adminstration of the Fergana Region

According to the relevant decree of the Hokim of Fergana district, every Saturday has been declared “Cleanliness and Beautification Day”, and organized community clean-up activities (hashar) will be held.

In this regard, on February 28 – March 1 of the current year, a mass hashar will be organized in all mahallas of the district.

Within the framework of the hashar, improvement and cleaning works will be carried out in mahalla centers, crowded public areas, internal streets, and cemeteries.

We invite the residents of our district, mahalla activists, representatives of public organizations, and all responsible institutions to actively participate in this event.
