Issues of Expanding Cooperation with Foreign Investors Discussed

Khamidullo Inomov, Governor of Fergana District, held an official meeting with investors visiting from the Republic of Türkiye — Ali Karabacili, Salih Demir, and Cemalettin Bulbullar, founders of the Turkish private company “GENGROUP Sunum.”
During the meeting, the parties discussed in detail issues related to further improving the investment climate in Fergana District, attracting foreign investments, and expanding bilateral economic cooperation. In particular, several promising initiatives were reviewed regarding the development of tourism, increasing export and import volumes, and implementing construction projects planned in the region.
The parties emphasized the importance of implementing mutually beneficial projects aimed at enhancing the region’s socio-economic potential, creating new jobs, and developing modern infrastructure. At the end of the meeting, agreements were reached to continue cooperation consistently and to begin practical work on specific projects.
