Regional Meeting Held with Chinese Investors on an Agrotourism and Floriculture Project

A regional meeting was organized under the leadership of Otabek Abdurakhimov, First Deputy Governor of Fergana District, with investors from the People’s Republic of China regarding the planned implementation of an agrotourism and floriculture project.
During the meeting, all key issues that needed to be resolved before launching the project were thoroughly discussed. In particular, the project location, the condition of existing engineering and utility networks, infrastructure status, as well as environmental requirements and issues related to environmental protection were reviewed on-site, and a mutual agreement was reached between the parties.
As a result of the discussions, the necessary conditions, requirements, and criteria for implementing the project were clearly defined. Tasks for the preparatory stage were also determined, and legal as well as organizational opportunities were created to begin the practical implementation of the project.
The implementation of this agrotourism and floriculture project is expected to contribute to the development of new agrotourism directions in the region, stimulate the local economy, create new jobs, and increase employment among the population. It was also emphasized that the project will be implemented in full compliance with environmental requirements and environmental protection standards.
