The population and agricultural census is one of the most important stages in planning national development based on accurate data. The success of this process primarily depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by citizens.
In particular, a visit was made to the “Tinchlik” Mahalla in Fergana District. In this area, the mahalla council members go door-to-door to register citizens who were not registered in the first phase, using special tablets. The mahalla is home to a total of 534 households, 640 families, and 2,498 residents. It is gratifying to note that almost 90 percent of the population has already been registered.
This event is of great importance for developing programs aimed at planning the country’s socio-economic development and improving the living standards of the population.
