Mobile receptions in Fergana district: citizens’ appeals on property rights are being resolved on the spot

The Justice Department of Fergana district regularly organizes mobile receptions in local neighborhoods to strengthen direct dialogue with citizens and resolve their legal issues on the spot.
In particular, another mobile reception was held in the “Yuksalish” neighborhood citizens’ assembly within the framework of the “Guarantees of Property Rights” campaign. During the reception, citizens’ property-related issues and appeals were heard, and legal explanations were provided for each case.
During the mobile reception, appeals from a total of 50 citizens were reviewed, and most of them were positively resolved on the spot. Specifically, within the framework of implementing the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. O‘RQ–937, payment notifications were formalized and delivered to the relevant citizens. Citizens whose property rights were recognized were also given detailed explanations on the procedure for state registration of real estate.
In addition, explanations were provided to citizens on the essence of the Presidential Resolution of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ–1. Legal awareness activities were also conducted on the prevention of drug-related crimes, their negative consequences, and liability.
