Analytical Meeting Held in Fergana District on Population Census Processes

It is known that, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF–173 dated September 19, 2025, of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, population and agricultural census activities are currently being carried out across the country. This process is organized in two stages and will take place from January 15 to February 28 of the current year.
The first stage is scheduled from January 15 to 31, during which citizens have the opportunity to register online through a special information system. The second stage will be held from February 4 to 28, during which members of the “mahalla seven” will conduct door-to-door visits and complete questionnaires using tablet devices.
In this regard, an analytical and critical meeting was held under the leadership of Otabek Abdurakhimov, First Deputy Governor of Fergana District, with the participation of members of the штаб responsible for organizing the census. The meeting focused on the effective organization of census activities at the district level, the rational use of available resources, and the clear allocation of responsibilities among those involved.
At the conclusion of the meeting, specific tasks were assigned to ensure the timely and high-quality conduct of the census and to strengthen coordination efforts at the local level.
