Adminstration of the Fergana Region

A delegation of Fergana District paid an official visit to “Weifang Tiande Pipeline Co., LTD,” located in Weifang City, Shandong Province of the People’s Republic of China. The company is one of the leading industrial enterprises specializing in the production of various types of steel pipe products using modern technologies.

Within the framework of the visit, a meeting was held between Akbarjon Akhrorov, Deputy Governor of Fergana District, and the company’s management. During the discussions, the parties considered priority areas of bilateral cooperation, including industrial cooperation, technology transfer, and the implementation of investment projects. The sides also exchanged detailed views on increasing the industrial potential of Fergana District and the prospects for using high-quality and modern pipe products in infrastructure projects.

Following the negotiations, a memorandum of cooperation aimed at establishing mutually beneficial partnership and jointly implementing specific projects in the future was signed. This document is of significant importance for strengthening interregional economic ties, attracting foreign investment, and developing industrial sectors in Fergana District.

The visit and the agreements reached became a logical continuation of consistent efforts to expand the geography of international cooperation of Fergana District and to introduce advanced foreign experience into the region.
