Adminstration of the Fergana Region

A video appeal submitted by residents regarding the accumulation of construction waste in the basement of multi-storey buildings under construction in the Yangi Asr neighborhood of Fergana District, which caused inconvenience to the population, as well as the absence of window frames on the front facade of the building, was taken under control by the Fergana District Administration.

Following the appeal, on-site inspections were conducted with the participation of relevant deputy governors, heads, and representatives of responsible organizations. As a result of the inspection, all identified shortcomings were eliminated on the same day: construction waste was removed from the basement, and window frames were installed on the front facade of the building.

Thanks to the prompt measures taken, comfortable living conditions were ensured for local residents, and a timely and effective response to citizens’ appeals was successfully implemented.
