Adminstration of the Fergana Region

In the territory of the “Oqtom” mahalla citizens’ assembly of Fergana District, the “Anvar Khoji Ota” mahalla center was constructed and commissioned on the initiative of entrepreneur Ranjidakhon Abduvaliyeva. The mahalla center was built using the entrepreneur’s personal funds and serves to further develop the local infrastructure.

The mahalla center has established a fitness club for women, as well as training courses in foreign languages and culinary arts, which are currently operating actively. To date, employment has been provided for four women from the mahalla through the activities of the center.

The ceremonial opening of the mahalla center was attended by the Deputy Hokim of Fergana District — Head of the Family and Women’s Affairs Department Khamidakhon Abduganiyeva, mahalla activists, elders, and local youth.

During the event, speakers expressed gratitude to the entrepreneur for this noble initiative aimed at ensuring employment for women and youth, promoting vocational skills development, and enhancing social engagement within the mahalla.
