Leader of Youth in Fergana District Awarded “Heroes Among Us” Prize

As part of the third day of Civil Society Week, the “Yuksalish” movement held an awards ceremony for the “Heroes Among Us” project. This project is aimed at recognizing individuals who carry out socially significant activities, serve as role models for others, and promoting them to the wider community.
A total of 29 heroes were honored at the ceremony, including well-known figures such as artist Inkuzart, ecologist Feruzbek Sayfullayev, and youth football team coach Islombek Ismoilov.
Among the honorees was Islomjon Muhammadjonov, youth leader of the “Obod” neighborhood in Fergana District, who was recognized as deserving of the “Heroes Among Us” award for his exemplary work and dedication to local youth.
