The Next “Legal Awareness Day” Event Held in the “Obod” Mahalla

Consistent efforts are being carried out in Fergana District to enhance the legal awareness and legal culture of the population and to find on-site solutions to issues troubling citizens. As part of these initiatives, employees of the Fergana District Department of Justice organized another “Legal Awareness Day” event at the citizens’ assembly of the “Obod” mahalla.
During the event, citizens’ legal issues and appeals were reviewed, and a mobile reception was conducted. Nearly 30 residents of the mahalla took part in the reception. More than 20 citizens’ appeals were heard, and 12 of them received relevant legal explanations based on current legislation. For the remaining appeals, recommendations were provided on taking measures in accordance with the established procedure.
In addition, within the framework of the event, appropriate instructions were given to mahalla activists on issues related to their activities. The population was thoroughly informed about the essence and significance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 3, 2025, No. PQ–1, and Decree No. PF–173, and the work being carried out to implement these documents was analyzed.
