For Information: On January 18, 2019, the Khokimiyat of the Navoi region signed Contract No. 2 and Contract No. 1 with the sanitation company under a public-private partnership agreement for household waste removal services.

According to the court ruling, these agreements were declared invalid due to inadequate service provision by the company. As a result, the company is no longer authorized to provide waste removal services in Navoi city and the Karmana district under Contract No. 2, as well as in the Zarafshan district under Additional Agreement No. 1.

Furthermore, the cancellation of the contract for "Household Waste Collection Services" in the Tamdy, Kyzyltepa, and Uchkuduk districts—signed on September 10, 2021, between the Navoi Region khokimiyat, the Department of Ecology of Navoi  Region, and the private company "Berejlivost"—is currently under review. The appeal to invalidate Contract No. 14 is being considered by the Appellate Court.

It is important to emphasize that all sanitation companies are required to provide high-quality services. Failure to do so will result in contract termination in accordance with the law.
