For information: From December 25 to January 5, 2024, the Ministry of Ecology is holding the "10 Days of Action" campaign.

As part of the initiative,  workers from 124 sanitation enterprises carried out a series of efforts aimed at cleaning up household waste in 800,263 neighborhoods (mahallas) across the republic.

In particular, cleaning was carried out in public places, on central streets, in residential areas, and other areas of cities and districts. A total of 94.9 thousand tons of garbage were removed and disposed of. For this, 2,746 vehicles were involved.

In addition, with the participation of law enforcement officers and inspectors from the state environmental control, explanatory work is being carried out among the population about the need to preserve the cleanliness of the environment and to dispose of waste only in specially designated places. Citizens' appeals related to waste disposal services are also being studied and resolved.

In particular, from December 25 to today, 314 appeals have been received, 294 of which have been resolved, and 20 are still being studied by specialists.

We remind you! We are all equally responsible for protecting the environment. Therefore, we urge you to contribute to the preservation of our country's cleanliness by disposing of garbage only in specially designated places!
