According (https://old.lex.uz/docs/6733912) to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, No. 5, dated January 4, 2024, "On measures to improve the waste management system and reduce their negative impact on the ecological situation", starting from July 1 of this year, services for the collection and removal of solid household waste are provided to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs based on a public offer.

In this case, the offer agreement is concluded exclusively between legal entities or individual entrepreneurs using separate real estate for their activities and a sanitary cleaning enterprise assigned to the territory where this real estate is located.

Also, according to the document, based on the type and specifics of the activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Councils of People's Deputies of the regions, and the city of Tashkent will approve waste collection standards for them, based on which the amount of payments under the public offer will be determined.

When garbage is removed from a certain object by an attached plumbing company, the entrepreneur will automatically have to pay the specified fee for this. 

Recall that this task was also set at the video conference of the head of state, held on March 29 this year, on the implementation of the "Yashil Makon" project and the improvement of waste management.
