The Records Management Department of the District Hokimiyat carries out its activities in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 12 dated January 12, 1999, “On Measures to Strengthen Executive Discipline”, Resolution No. 140 dated March 29, 1999, “On Approval of Regulatory Documents for Organizing Records Management and Execution Control in the State Authorities and Administrative Bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, and Presidential Decree No. PF-76 dated May 24, 2023.

In compliance with these regulatory legal acts, decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and directives of the Cabinet of Ministers, assignments of higher-level organizations, instructions of the regional hokimiyat, official correspondence received by the district hokimiyat, as well as appeals from individuals and legal entities are duly registered and forwarded to the responsible executors for implementation.

Furthermore, in order to ensure executive discipline, continuous monitoring of the implementation of assignments and appeals is conducted, and responsible executors are regularly issued warnings regarding identified shortcomings and deficiencies in the execution process.
