Terms of Use of Information
On April 24, 1997, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 400-I “On Guarantees and Freedom of Access to Information” was adopted.

Copying information posted on the Government Portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan (hereinafter referred to as the Portal), including quoting in mass media, is permitted provided that the source of information is indicated.

Information posted directly on the Portal is considered the state property of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless otherwise provided by legislation on information, informatization, and information protection. The specified information belongs to the category of publicly available information and is protected in accordance with copyright and related rights legislation. At the same time, this information cannot be considered as an object intended for commercial use.

When following hyperlinks to external information resources, the user leaves the Portal. The Portal is not responsible for the accuracy or relevance of information posted on external resources, nor for the frequency of its updates.

Individuals and legal entities wishing to place hyperlinks to the Portal on their own information resources (including catalog elements, sections, graphic banners, etc.) must obtain prior consent from the Information Support and Development Group of the Government Portal of the UZINFOCOM integrator.

Owners of information resources placing hyperlinks to the Portal are prohibited from:

• providing false information related to the Portal;
• posting information that does not correspond to the goals and principles of the Portal’s operation.
