Following an exceptionally dry autumn with very little rainfall this year, large-scale measures have been launched in Andijan to improve environmental conditions and maintain a comfortable microclimate.
In particular, the Andijan Regional Administration, the Regional Emergency Situations Department, the City Improvement Department and the Regional Road Safety Department are working together to systematically clean and wash trees and green spaces along the city's main streets.
Specialized equipment has been deployed to carefully remove accumulated layers of dust from tree branches and foliage. Additional watering and humidification measures are also being carried out in the hottest areas of the city.
Although these measures cannot fully replace natural rainfall, they play an important role in improving air quality and creating a healthier and more comfortable environment for residents.
