Today, Andijan Region Governor Shuhratbek Abdurakhmonov held an open dialogue with graduating students of Andijan State Medical Institute.

The meeting focused on ensuring employment opportunities for young professionals, helping graduates secure jobs in their respective fields, and providing healthcare institutions with qualified medical personnel.

Particular attention was paid to addressing the shortage of doctors in medical facilities located in remote areas of the region, facilitating the employment of young specialists, and creating the necessary conditions for their professional development.

During the meeting, the regional governor listened to the graduates’ opinions, proposals, and concerns, emphasizing the importance of supporting young professionals and providing practical assistance as they begin their careers.

Several issues raised by the students were resolved on the spot. Relevant instructions were given to responsible officials regarding matters requiring further examination and additional time for resolution, with strict monitoring of their implementation.

Such open dialogues help support youth initiatives, promote employment among graduates, and contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services throughout the region.
