An important agreement has been reached between the Vocational Education Department of Andijan Region and representatives of Vitebsk Region, Republic of Belarus, to strengthen bilateral cooperation.

Under the agreement, students attending technical colleges in Andijan Region will have opportunities to study at leading educational institutions in Vitebsk Region, gain practical experience at modern industrial enterprises, and develop their skills through international exposure.

The cooperation will focus on enhancing students’ professional knowledge and practical skills, advancing the dual education system, adopting international best practices, and training competitive specialists who meet the demands of the labour market.

The agreement will expand opportunities for young people in Andijan to access international education and practical training, helping them develop into highly qualified professionals in their chosen fields.
