From September 21 to November 20, 2026, the “Uzbekistan Without Bureaucracy” public initiative is being held. The initiative is being implemented within the framework of the “Eliminating Bureaucracy – 2030” program, launched by Presidential Decree No. F-68 dated November 28, 2025.

The main objective of the initiative is to identify bureaucratic barriers, excessive requirements and complicated administrative procedures encountered by citizens and entrepreneurs in their daily lives and activities, develop practical proposals aimed at eliminating them, and broadly involve the public in this process.

Dear citizens and entrepreneurs!

If, when contacting government bodies and organizations, using public services, or processing permits or other documents, you encounter:

• requests for unnecessary documents;

• repeated submission of the same information;

• complicated and excessive procedures;

• unjustified loss of time;

• other bureaucratic barriers,
