I sincerely congratulate you all on the beginning of the new 2026–2027 academic year!

The beginning of a new academic year is a time of new goals, aspirations and great achievements, as well as an important period for gaining knowledge, developing abilities, improving oneself and striving for new successes.

Today, all general education schools and educational institutions across Andijan Region have been provided with the necessary conditions to welcome the new academic year. Ahead of the new academic year, construction, renovation and reconstruction works were carried out at 98 schools across the region.

In particular, within the framework of the Investment Programme, construction, renovation and improvement works were completed at 22 schools, resulting in a comprehensive renewal of these educational institutions. All these efforts are aimed at creating a modern, comfortable and appropriate learning environment for students.

Most importantly, this year, all the necessary conditions have been created to provide quality education and upbringing for nearly 650,000 students studying at schools across our region.

Dear teachers and mentors!

Your dedicated work, high professionalism and sense of responsibility, as well as the knowledge and life experience you pass on to the younger generation, are of tremendous importance to the present and future of our country.

I express my sincere gratitude to all teachers who are faithfully fulfilling their noble and responsible mission of instilling in every student a love of knowledge, devotion to the Motherland, and a commitment to goodness and constructive work.
